Description

Simple to use waiter call service system – makes it easy for customer to call for service.

Each member of floor staff wears a smart wrist watch which is programmed to be called by certain or all tables. The watch will show the table number and the request – ‘call’, ‘order’ or ‘pay’.

The system can be expanded to include buttons in the kitchen or at the bar so the kitchen or bar can call for a particular member of staff when a certain drinks or food order is ready to go

Flexible – Waiters’ pager-watches can be programmed only to respond to calls from designated areas/tables, preventing more waiters responding to the same call. The system can be tweaked to cover different scenarios – 2 waiters looking after 20 tables, 3 waiters looking after 40 tables. 1 waiter looking after 10 tables. Or the system can be set so that all tables call all staff. You can even set one staff member to one table. Unlimited waiters on the system serving up to 500 tables. Waiters’ pager-watches can be programmed only to respond to calls from designated areas/tables, preventing more waiters responding to the same call.
