Receipt Header

This is the message that appears at the top of the receipt – usually your shop name and contact details. Please ensure that any spacing, upper or lower case is accounted for as we will program as per the form below. Maximum 32 characters per line.

Receipt Footer

This is the message that appears at the bottom of the receipt – usually a Thank You message. Please ensure that any spacing, upper or lower case is accounted for as we will program as per the form below. Maximum 32 characters per line.

Department Buttons

The CountLab X has 35 department sales buttons. On the STANDARD service we will program all 35 with a description (maximum 16 characters). We will also fit each button with a printed key cap which will be based on your descriptions below, but will be limited by the button size. On retail tills the departments are usually set to have a ‘open’ or variable price. However, we can preset the departments with prices if this suits your business. Please leave price blank if you are planning on using the departments as open with variable prices.
